Restart a heart 2019

On October 16th Killarney cardiac response unit took part in international restart a heart.

The international aim of Restart a Heart in 2019 is to raise awareness about cardiac arrest and increase bystander cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR).

I5 KCRU volunteers were involved supported by the Michael Linehan heartsafe Killarney group, Spin southwest and OC Safety training.

In excess of 100 members of the public took part in hands only CPR training and many also took part in our Brayden pro CPR competition.
